Shipping policy
- You can receive your order at the address you indicate when filling out the shipping form before the payment process
- In periods of sales and promotions, the delivery time is longer than usual. (usual from 7 to 10 working days, sales and promotions from 14 to 18 working days,always depending on the country in which you are)
- As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from our team with the tracking number so that you can track it on the page of the designated parcel company.
- Please note that if your order was placed on Friday after 3 pm. Your shipment will be made until the next business day (Monday).
- We offer free shipping to all countries on purchases over $250 US dollars. The shipping cost for purchases between $250 US dollars and $200.00 US dollars is $30 dollars, and for purchases less than $200 US dollars the shipping cost is $50 US dollars.
- In cases where the shipment generates tariff costs for said shipment, they must be paid by the client in the country of origin of the recipient to their customs department.
- If you wish to cancel your purchase, you will have the right to revoke your consent once you receive our mail crediting your requested transaction through the Purchase Order, within the first 4 hours of your purchase, in this case, the cancellation will not have no cost to the Client and his reimbursement will be made in the same form of payment that he used and by the same route.
Refund Policy
- In case you have received an item that does not correspond to what you bought or was not your size, we will refund the item(s) as soon as we receive them in our offices and verify their status, so that this happens It is important to follow these refund policies without exception please.

- Sale Policy , refunds are not accepted on sale items or on garments that indicate so.
- All refunds are valid for 5 days from the date the customer receives the order.
-The garment or garments must be in good condition, without having been washed or used, with their original labels, and if possible in the same packaging in which you received it, please. If for any reason this is not the case, and it is determined that the product(s) have been used, damaged or mistreated by the customer, the refund will not be applicable and the merchandise will be returned to the customer who will cover the expenses for this shipment and customs if any.
- To generate the refund through our parcel shipping service, you will be provided with a guide number of the company that we select to your email so that you can send us the order you want to change, you must print this guide and paste it to the box in which the garment(s) will be sent to us. The return must be made within the first 3 working days after receiving the tracking number with which the return will be made.
- Upon receipt of the garment(s). We will confirm that they are in the same conditions in which they were sent to you and we will start the process to refund your money to the same form in wich it was originally paid and discounting the costs of shipping and returning your purchase
