How can I know if my order has already been shipped after I buy it?
Once the parcel service collects your purchase from our offices (they only do it from Monday to Friday, weekdays between 3 pm and 6 pm east time), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and know when it will arrive at the address you requested.
Does the Shipping of the garments run on my account?
No! It is completely free to anywhere in the world for purchases over $300 US dollars. For purchases under $300 US dollars and over $200 US dollars, the cost is $20 US dollars, and for purchases under $200 US dollars, the shipping cost is $35 US dollars. The shipment is made by private parcel companies (fedex, ups, DHL, etc).
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to all countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
If the item I received is not my size, can I return it or change it for another size or model?
You can request a change of size or model as long as it is within the first 7 days after you receive your purchase.
Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping on Orders +$150
We offer free shipping to all countries on purchases over $150 US dollars. The shipping cost for purchases between $150 US dollars and $100.00 US dollars is $20 US dollars, and for purchases less than $100 US dollars the shipping cost is $30 US dollars.
In periods of sales and promotions, the delivery time is longer than usual (usually from 7 to 10 working days, sales and promotions from 14 to 18 working days, and in some garments the maximum period is 20 working days).
Changes or Returns are not accepted on Sale items
In case you have received an item that does not correspond to what you bought or was not your size, we will exchange the item(s) as soon as we receive them in our offices and verify their status, so that this happens It is important to follow these exchange or return policies without exception please. Changes or returns must be requested to personalshopper@raquelorozco.com
All changes or returns are valid for 7 days from the date the customer receives the order. The garment or garments must be in good condition, without having been washed or used, with their original labels, and if possible in the same packaging in which you received it, please.
