CAN I BUY ANY RAQUEL OROZCO ITEM ONLINE?

A: Yes you can buy any item, as long as we have it available. To do this, we automatically update our inventory.


WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS I CAN ORDER?

A: There is no limit. To do this, you just have to add it to your selection of garments.


CAN I USE ANY BANK CARD?

A: Of course! You can pay with Visa and MasterCard or American Express cards with the PayPal service which allows you to pay with any bank card from anywhere in the world, and from all countries.


DO YOU HAVE SHIPMENTS TO ALL COUNTRIES?

A: We ship to all countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.


DOES THE SHIPPING OF THE GARMENTS RUN ON MY ACCOUNT?

A: No! It is completely free to anywhere in the world for purchases over $300 US dollars. For purchases under $300 US dollars and over $200 US dollars, the cost is $20 US dollars, and for purchases under $200 US dollars, the shipping cost is $35 US dollars. The shipment is made by private parcel companies (fedex, ups, DHL, etc).


HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED AFTER I BUY IT?

A: Once the parcel service collects your purchase from our offices (they only do it from Monday to Friday, weekdays between 3 pm and 6 pm east time), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and know when it will arrive at the address you requested.



IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS NOT MY SIZE, CAN I RETURN IT OR CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR MODEL?

A: You can request a change of size or model as long as it is within the first 7 days after you receive your purchase.


IF THEY DON'T FIT ME, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

A: Yes, it can be exchanged for another size (if we have it) or for another model that you like.



WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?

A: These are at all times protected and insured. That is why we have enabled the encryption of the online store with SSL, which you can see at all times in your navigation bar with the prefix 'Https://'.
